MULTILIT in New Zealand

MULTILIT has a growing number of New Zealand schools who are using the MULTILIT Reading Tutor Program(revised). We have now appointed an agent as our point of contact in New Zealand to make it easier for schools to purchase the program and accompanying resources.

We are very pleased to introduce Deb Grover of Launchpad Learning Limited who will be working with us as our New Zealand representative. Deb is from Nelson and has had many years of experience in schools and now works as an educational consultant. She has undertaken the MULTLIT accreditation course and will be able to answer many of your questions about the program.

Training

MULTILIT has just held its first workshops in NZ. It was wonderful to meet the New Zealanders using the program. Their enthusiasm and commitment to their low progress readers was inspiring. Workshops were held in Auckland and Christchurch. Dates for workshops next year will be posted on the MULTILIT website as soon as they have been planned. We hope to see a growing number of schools in New Zealand trained to use MULTILIT in the most effective way.
