About the Role

MultiLit is looking for a Junior Learning Designer to work on our expanding professional development and online learning programs.  

Learning Designers facilitate the development of online learning programs from analysis to implementation, and create digital learning content. This role will work with the Lead Learning Designer to produce learning assets.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Translate storyboards into effective, high quality learning content and activities. 
  • Develop interactive and visually engaging eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline.  
  • Produce high quality explainer videos, edit video content, and green screen recordings for a face-to-face workshops and self-paced online courses. 
  • Ensure outputs are delivered on time, and within scope.  
  • Demonstrate knowledge and practical application of adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in consultation with the Lead Learning Designer and with subject matter experts. 
  • Other activities relevant to supporting Learning Design and Professional Development as required. 

Experience/skills required

  • Experience using Articulate Storyline.
  • Basic multimedia skills (including video, sound and animation) using tools such as Camtasia and/or Vyond.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD) or alternative online image editing tools like Canva.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be advantageous.
