PreLit PD Workshop via Videoconference (AEST), 2 May

PreLit is an early literacy preparation program, designed for the year before formal schooling, that focuses on phonological awareness and oral language development through structured storybook reading.

This one-day Professional Development workshop, delivered live via videoconference by experienced MultiLit trainers, covers:

• The research upon which the program is based
• The structure of the program
• Practical aspects of lesson delivery.

Training is particularly recommended for early childhood teachers interested in evidence-based teaching of emergent literacy skills and concepts, particularly those working with children from disadvantaged or indigenous backgrounds.

Please note: As the content of the PreLit PD Workshop is heavily focused on implementation of the PreLit program, we highly recommend you purchase a PreLit Kit in order to get the most from this training.
