Delivery during school holidays
All orders submitted during school holidays in your state will be placed on hold and shipped at the commencement of Term 3. If you would like us to ship your order during school holidays, please make a note in the ‘Order notes’ box on the checkout. If you would like the order shipped to an alternative address during school holidays (i.e. a home address instead of your school), please provide this address in our ‘Ship to’ fields, as well as noting this request in the ‘Order notes’ box.
Delays with dispatch
Due to high volumes of orders as the school year gets underway, we are currently experiencing some delays with dispatches. Please expect your order to be dispatched around 7 days from your order. For most locations in Australia, delivery will be within 10 days of dispatch.
We apologise for any inconvenience and are working to resolve these delays as soon as possible.
