After nearly 10 years of development, the team at MultiLit was excited to unveil MacqLit, the Macquarie Literacy Program for small group instruction, at an event in Sydney in March. Professor Emerita Di Yerbury AO officially launched the new program, and Amanda Sheridan from St Edward’s Primary School in Tamworth shared her school’s experiencing trialling MacqLit with its students. MultiLit directors Emeritus Professor Kevin Wheldall AM, Dr Robyn Wheldall and Iain Rothwell were also pleased to be joined by staff, colleagues and collaborators at the launch.
