Matthew joins MultiLit after nearly a decade working in a variety of roles within the education sector. Motivated by MultiLit’s purpose to ensure all children learn to read, and the idea that education is the greatest tool for combating the cycle of disadvantage, Matthew brings a wealth of experience to the role of Sales Director.

As someone who faced their own challenges while learning to read, Matthew is motivated to work with schools and educational institutions to implement literacy programs that are evidence-based and reflect the latest research. By doing so, his belief is that Australia can reverse its declining literacy rates and ensure struggling readers are provided with the necessary support to become skilled readers and unlock their full potential.
