Micaela also spent many years delivering the Reading Tutor Program to individual clients in private practice. Today, Micaela joins MultiLit with a passion for training others in the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis and upskilling educators in function-based approaches to create positive and meaningful behaviour change with their students.
