Ramana Kirubagaran is the Chief Information Officer at MultiLit, where he leads technology strategy, cybersecurity and digital transformation initiatives that enable the organisation’s mission to ensure every child learns.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience across the education, not-for-profit, finance and consulting sectors, Ramana combines strategic foresight with deep technical expertise. His approach blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, analysing complex needs, designing tailored solutions, and guiding teams to deliver outcomes that create lasting organisational value.

Before joining MultiLit, Ramana served as Head of Technology at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), where he led major initiatives in cloud transformation, cybersecurity uplift, and the implementation of AI-driven platforms to support teaching and learning.

Ramana holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology (Security and Networks) and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), reflecting his commitment to governance, innovation and digital excellence.
