Mopoke Readers provide general reading practice for children aged 7–9, as they develop their reading fluency and apply comprehension strategies to fiction and non-fiction texts. They are suitable for teacher-led group and individual reading sessions, as well as independent reading groups, classrooms, libraries and at home. Each fiction book contains some preview activities, a brief 'Did You Know?' information passage at the end of the story to expand background knowledge, and comprehension activities.
