InitiaLit–Foundation Picture Cards

A set of 98 sturdy, glossy, A5-size picture stimulus cards used during Term 1 of the InitiaLit–Foundation lessons, as directed in the scripts, to support teaching of phonological awareness skills (e.g., syllables, end sounds). These cards can be used if the PowerPoint slide accompanying a relevant lesson is unavailable, or for additional practice in small groups as needed. The cards are organised into twelve sets referred to in the lessons and come with labelled set dividers for easy storage in plastic tubs or baskets (not included).
