Reading Tutor Program PD Workshop via videoconference (AEST- Eastern time), 2 August 2024

The Reading Tutor Program (RTP) is a one-to-one literacy intervention program for struggling readers in Year 2 and above, available for purchase by schools.

This one-day Professional Development workshop, delivered in-person by experienced MultiLit trainers, covers:

• An overview of MultiLit’s evidence-based approach to literacy instruction
• An explanation of each of the strands of the Reading Tutor Program – word attack skills, high frequency sight words, and supported book reading
• Hands-on practical exercises in program delivery.

Training in the RTP is also available via eLearning modules, allowing education professionals to train in their own time.

Please note: As the content of the RTP PD Workshop is heavily focused on implementation of the RTP program, we highly recommend you purchase a RTP Kit in order to get the most from this training.
