InitiaLit–Foundation Alphabet Picture Cards

A set of 61 sturdy, glossy, A5-size picture stimulus cards used during Term 1 of the InitiaLit–Foundation lessons, as directed in the scripts, to support the teaching of beginning sound discrimination in words (covering the sounds: m, s, t, a, p, i, f, r). These cards can be used if the PowerPoint slide accompanying a relevant lesson is unavailable, or for additional practice in small groups as needed. The cards are organised into eight sets (one for each beginning sound) and come with labelled set dividers for easy storage in plastic tubs or baskets (not included).
