These books provide scaffolded practice in reading sounds, words, and connected text aligned with the tricky word and letter-sound correspondences taught in the program. They are an essential part of the lesson as students work towards fluency.
The MiniLit Kit comes with 5 Level 2 Sounds and Words Books, but schools may wish to replace these if they become damaged, or may wish to purchase extra copies to cater for more than one small group being run concurrently.
